The Team

The Haunted Investigation Company Ltd was formed in April 2010 by Ian O'Neill and Natalie Morgan. Their passion and enthusiasm for the paranormal world inspired them to become more involved. After enjoying many nights on investigations, they decided they wanted to give the opportunity to other people to become involved in the paranormal world. They want to offer this opportunity to both SCEPTICS and BELIEVERS alike as they feel one cannot exist without the other, thus providing their guests with a balanced investigation.

The Haunted Investigation Company Ltd's motto is "We promise you, no tricks, just treats" and this is something that Ian and Natalie are very proud of, so we hope that you can come and meet our Team on one of our events and share the experience.

Our Team

	Ian O'Neill Company Director Host / Paranormal Investigator Ian lives in Ellesmere Port with Natalie, his daughter Chloe and his mum Joyce. he currently works as a Telesales Executive in Ellesmere Port. Ian's logical mind means although he has a belief in the paranormal, he will always endeavour to look for a logical explanation for any activity that occurs, even though on many of the events he has attended, the event mediums perceive him to be a sensitive. This is something that has intrigued him and he is currently researching the subject. Even though Ian has used crystals for divination, he prefers to use scientific equipment at investigation to debunk phenomena first.
	Natalie Morgan Company Director Host / Paranormal Investigator Originally from Essex, Natalie moved to the North in 2008 to live with Ian. Natalie works part time as a Shop Assistant at Gifts and Guidance and dedicates the rest of her time to the running of the business and the website. Her interest in the paranormal came out of the blue after attending an event for one of Ian's birthdays. Natalie is currently studying to become a Crystal Therapist, and attends Mediumship Development classes. Natalie prefers to use crystals and divining rods during investigations.
	Pete Jackson Resident Medium After meeting Pete at our launch event, we struck up an instant friendship. We love the calmness and professionalism that Pete brings to our events and we were over the moon when he agreed to work with us. Those of you who have already met Pete, i'm sure will agree that he truly is an asset to our Team. Pete has been a practising Medium for around 15 years. During this time he has had the great privilege of training under the guidance of Paul Jacobs as well as spending time at the Arthur Findlay college in Stanstead. 	Sheila Ryan Developing Medium Paranormal Investigator Having met Sheila on our first ever ghost hunt, we struck up an instant friendship. After keeping in touch we are now excited to be working with Sheila as part of our Team doing the things that we have all grown to love the most. Sheila Ryan hails from London originally but came up to live in the North in 2005. She has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She works as an Area Loss Prevention Manager for a well known food retailer. Sheila has been interested in anything paranormal since she was a teenager, and sits in circle every week to develop her awakening Mediumistic skills. She has been reading Tarot for about 15 years and is still amazed when told of the accuracy in her readings.
	Kris Ryan Developing Trance Medium Paranormal Investigator When meeting Sheila, we also had the fortune of meeting her husband Kris. It has been great to see the journey of which Kris has taken in the paranormal world, as on our first meeting, Kris was an open minded sceptic! Ex Soldier Kris Ryan is a Yorkshire man through and through. He has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. He works in the Heavy Haulage Industry, but likes nothing better than riding his Harley Davidson. Kris is also a qualified FA Referee...But loves to take part in Paranormal Investigations. Kris uses Divining Rods and Crystal to contact spirit but is also a developing Trance Medium.
	Nikki Thompson-Guest Paranormal Investigator Medium / Protection & Crystal Advice Nikki lives in Chester with her Husband Ewan, and their children Joseph and Heath. She has a Spiritual and New Age based Gift Shop in Chester with Ewan with online stores distributing worldwide retail and wholesale. Nikki has connected with spirit from a young age and has developed this in adulthood to offer spirtual, oracle card and mediumship readings. Her interest in the paranormal comes from her connection with spirit. Nikki uses crystal connections and energy as her prefered approach but does enjoy using the scientific equipment, especially to see the 'sceptic, or non believers' reactions. She enjoys working with so many people from such a wide background of beliefs. Nikki assists with the vigils and investigations.
	Ewan Thompson Paranormal Investigator Trance Medium Ewan lives in Chester with his Wife and their children Joseph and Heath. He has a Spiritual and New Age based Gift Shop in Chester and online stores distributing worldwide retail and wholesale. Ewan has an interest in the paranormal and enjoys scientific approach alongside mediumship and intuitive based approaches. He finds Trance Mediumship comes naturally when working with spirit and energies, and had developed this over the years. Ewan uses crystals for energy building, guidance and healing work, protection and spirit communication. Ewan leads meditation groups and helps people to connect with their guides. He enjoys using scientific equipment on investigations and likes to test his own abilities. Ewan assists with the vigils and investigations.
	Karen Jackson Trainee Paranormal Investigator Karen is married to Peter Jackson, our Resident Medium, and they live in Ellesmere Port with the two grown up children. Karen currently works in a local supermarket. You will find Karen joining the Team and the groups on the various vigils held during an event, joining in where possible.
	Karon O'Neill Trainee Paranormal Investigator Karon is married to Sean and lives in Ellesmere Port with him and their menagerie of pets. Karon works as a Nursery Nurse in Ellesmere Port. You will find Karon joining the Team and the groups on the various vigils held during an event, joining in where possible.
	Sean O'Neill Cameraman Paranormal Investigator Ian's brother Sean is our "Resident Sceptic" and Cameraman. He lives in Ellesmere Port with his wife Karon and currently works as a night security watchman. Sean can often be found following our guests and Team around on the events with video camera in hand in an attempt to capture evidence of paranormal activity and document the events of the night.

We are honoured to call Elle one of our friends as well as a colleague, and feel truly privileged to have her working with us on some of our events.

A true maverick, eclectic medium and paranormal investigator, having learnt from different cultures and belief systems. As well as her passion for Event Mediumship, Elle is passionate about training and developing people. Fearless on events, she walks between worlds opening doors for people and their psychic abilities, safely and calmly and empowering you to walk through that door.

Elle runs her own company Indigo-Sky and is the lead medium for Ghost-Haunted in her East Midlands home but loves working with The Haunted Investigation Company as they are a great team.

Special Guest Host

Our good friend Ste, is part of the reason why we are where we are today, after attending many events with Ste we share his passion and enthusiasm for all things paranormal and we are excited and proud to have him as a Special Guest Host.

Owner and founder of Bump in the Night Ghost Tours. Stephen now hosts many of the Bump in the Night events, and thinks that going ghost hunting should not just be about finding out if ghosts exist, but also testing your nerves when holding a vigil. He does this by putting guests on their own in a haunted location, and compares it to jumping out of a plane!' Would you take that step ? He also claims to 'put the fun into ghost hunting'!
