The Haunted Investigation Company Ltd is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our customers and maintaining the security of any personal information given to us by them. When our customers book an event, we require the details of their names (each of the guests attending), the main contact address, telephone number and email address. These details are required to process the booking. All payments are conducted through PayPal using secure links. Once the booking is made we do not retain or store personal details apart from the main contact number and email address should we need to contact the guests prior to the event taking place. As part of our Privacy Policy we do not sell, exchange or rent personal information of our guests with any other parties for commercial or financial gain.
